Living in Hidden Acres has been wonderful! Our home is
beautiful and the workmanship is of high quality. Our
neighbors, in this small community, are friendly, caring and
helpful without invading anyone’s space. The setting is
country-like and, yet, we have easy access to shopping,
restaurants and public transportation. We couldn’t be
happier with our overall situation.

are so very happy living in “Hidden Acres”! It is everything
and more, than we ever hoped or expected it would be! We
can’t say enough about our new home. From the first visit to
the model, we felt it fit our needs, and said “Welcome
Home”. The floor plan offers good traffic flow; wonderful
windows let in plenty of light, and there is more than
enough storage space, important when downsizing! We have
found the neighbors extremely friendly and respectful of
each other. Hidden Acres became “home” immediately.
“Location, location, location” is so true. We are in a small
neighborhood, but half a mile from a supermarket,
drugstores, banks and other stores. We are finding Franklin
a great town to live in!
